Visitor’s Office Ticket Collection Options

If you are unable to come for your tickets at the regularly scheduled ticket pick-up time, we are happy to offer several alternative options for receiving your tickets: 

  1. If you have any friends or contacts currently living or studying in Rome, they would be welcome to collect tickets on your behalf.    
  1. Another option would be to contact your hotel and ask if the concierge service can pick up the tickets for you.  Many hotels offer this service for their patrons.  Your tickets would then be waiting for you at your hotel when you arrive in Rome. 
  1. Thirdly, if you are unable to pick up your tickets at the designated time, and your hotel is unwilling to do it for you, you can make arrangements with a courier service here in Rome.  They will pick up your tickets at our office and deliver them to your hotel for a fee.  A couple of local services are listed below:

Please ensure your courier knows the surname under which your tickets are reserved and the number of tickets you requested. There is no need to send us the name of your courier.
